Most amazing food! Been to many Thai restaurants around the US and one of the best Thai I've had. Worth the wait if they're busy, and they're very kind.

Out of the way overlooked "hole in the wall" Thai place between army recruiters and liquor store by old 99 cent store past Denny's. Tasty food, fair prices, family business friendly owner cooks wife his wife and his daughter ? grandaughter waitresses. They're been here 20 years. The only drawback is the bright sun through the west facing windows which no amount of curtain seems to block. Rarely crowded I've never waited for a seat but it does take a while for the food to come out so order an appetizer some spring rolls maybe. Lots of good combos to choose from.

Craving Thai food for dinner. My husband and I stopped by. First time here, thought they were the other Thai Gem place that heard great things about but for some reason is never open. Came and was greeted. Was told we could sit anywhere. Was given the menu and drinks order taken. There's so many options on their menu to choose from. I was craving my usual red curry and papaya salad. Ordered eggrolls as apps, my husband ordered larb and we got chicken fried rice for our toddler. The owner was the one who took our order. He was very nice and said he was in business for about 45 years and everything is made fresh to order. Food came out fast and hot. Everything was delicious. The red curry I ordered was one of the best I've had I could taste the coconut milk and brought so much childhood memories. The papaya salad Thai style was perfect, strangely my husband thought it was too spicy (when he eats more spice than I do) but I thought it was just right. The chicken fried rice was good too. Would Thai food and the owner was very kind. Highly recommend and will be returning.

I'd give it more stars if I could! The food is amazing and very well priced. Delicious and affordable Thai food already will get my money but for the many years we've been going there they have also been above and beyond in terms of service I'm stuck on their pad Thai, so grateful that I got to have some one more time before I have to move. Gonna go back right this minute to eat way too much chicken pad thai.

If you love Thai cuisine and looking for a casual, fast and easy place to get some, head over to Thai Gem. We had good Thai food that's wasn't unreasonably priced. We didn't have to wait for ages for the food and there was no loud music or anything else that prevented us from enjoying what we ordered. The place looks clean and there were plenty of take away orders being collected/sent out. However, for someone who has lived in Thailand for more than a decade, I just didn't taste the authenticity of the food. It wasn't bad at all, it was alright but just not as Thai as I expected it to taste.

I use to go here all the time, but haven't been in years so I went back one evening bc this was the place that I fell in love with padthai! We ordered the combo with padthai and curry. The padthai was good but very oily. We weren't a fan of the curry but LOVED the peanut sauce on the veggies!! It was sooo good! I love this small shop, I'll always come back!
